Assistant Manager, Digital Product Management



Overview






This position, which reports into the Manager, Digital Product within the Digital Commerce team, will partner with the Manager to deliver truly exceptional customer experiences on tiffany.com across devices and channels. The position works closely with the Brand Management team, Digital Creative team, Fulfilment, Customer Service, IT and Regional Omnichannel leads to bring business strategies to life through site features and functionalities. This role will be responsible for thoroughly defining business requirements and thinking through the customer experience to ensure all Omnichannel strategic initiatives put the customer experience first, are executed flawlessly and enable seamless shopping experiences.









Responsibilities






Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross functionally with Brand Management, Digital Creative, Fulfilment, Customer Service, IT and Regional Omnichannel leads to bring business strategies to life through site features and functionalities
    Responsible for defining business requirements and partnering with Operational and Technical teams to extensively address all business requirements (and think through edge cases) needed to launch seamless, best in class customer Omnichannel experiences across tiffany.com
  • Work within Digital Commerce team to ensure 1.) proper analytics tracking is in place and 2.) proper SEO considerations are accounted for
  • Responsible for seeing initiatives through to launch including defect prioritization, user acceptance testing planning/execution and data setup planning
  • Responsible for tracking impact of new features and functionalities and for ongoing testing and optimization of these features
  • Partner with manager on identifying new opportunities / areas for improvement through analytics and/or consume research

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Manager on developing and maintaining the roadmap and framework for ongoing site optimizations as it relates to features/functionalities
  • Additional ad-hoc projects to be defined








Qualifications






 

  • 3-5+ years work experience in Digital Commerce / Digital Product team
  • Experience working closely with website development and technical capabilities teams as their primary business partner
  • Has strong understanding of ecommerce/omnichannel best practices and displays business strategy thought leadership
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategic direction and create enthusiasm in technology team for delivering truly exceptional technology enabled shopping experiences
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills
  • Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong detail orientation with ability to see / maintain strategic perspective
  • Exposed to agile methodologies
  • Familiar with web analytics tools such as google analytics, omniture, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Luxury and Retail industries, key market trends and competition is a plus
  • Proficient in Chinese is a plus
