SR RECRUITER
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout the organization, this includes but is not limited to recruitment, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, calculation of offers and placement of top qualified candidates (internal and external) for a variety of positions across the organization. The Sr. Recruiter researches, develops, utilizes and implements recruitment and sourcing strategies, including minority sourcing strategies, develops pipelines of qualified candidates for a variety of positions, identifies recruitment resources, cultivates creative recruitment ideas, coordinates the development and placement of approved advertising, identifies, coordinates and participates in job/career fairs and recruitment events, and builds and maintains relationships with appropriate schools and universities.

Prior job title or occupational experience: Recruiter
Prior specific functional responsibilities: 2 Years of recruitment experience
Preferred experience: Healthcare, Taleo, Behavioral interviewing experience preferred. Candidate sourcing and prescreening.
