Hi, my name is Tim Schwartz. I'm currently based in UK with my lovely wife and 3 kids. I'm a writer for several local magazines and an avid blogger. I blog about health and fitness, especially on weight loss programs because I really need to lose some weight. The diet I'm currently on is the master cleanse diet which has helped me lost 7kgs in 10 days... which is pretty not bad. Another site I visit very often is how to grow taller which discusses specific techniques on how I can get taller. V cool stuff.
